• Q: Is it legal to use these products in my Country, State or Territory?
  
  A: All the products contained within this site, are intended for legal use, however due to differences in Country & State laws & regulations, we advise that you seek legal advice in your Country, State or Territory, before putting them to use. Please read our disclaimer.
  
• Q: Is it safe to use my credit card online?
  
  A: Shopping online is as secure as shopping in a regular store. Our shopping cart uses secure 128bit encryption software provided by Thawte and Verisign Australia. All your information is securely sent through the payment gateway & we do not handle any of your credit card information. For details please refer to our privacy policy.
  
  
• Q: How else can I pay for my goods?
  
  A: We have various payment options, they are Bank Transfer, Money Order, PayPal, cheque & Major Credit Cards. Just select your preferred payment option during the ordering Process. You can also request to have your credit card debited manually through our fax ordering option, you can download the fax forms at the support page.
  
• Q: How is my Order packaged?
  
  A: All products dispatched from SPY CITY leave in plain brown boxes or typical shipping bags. "SPY CITY" will not be marked on the package and only a return address is visiable.
  
• Q: Can you send my parcel to a P.O Box?
  
  A: Yes, you can nominate a P.O Box Delivery, but only within Australia.
  
• Q: When will I receive the items that I have ordered?
  
  A: In most cases you will receive the shipment within 1 - 3 days if you are a AU or NZ customer and 4-7 days if you are an International Customer, however if your item is not in stock at the time of purchase - you will be contacted by a member of our staff and advised of the shipping date.
  
• Q: I have purchased an item and I am not sure how to use it?
  
  A: Most Products are supplied with information sheets and / or C.D Roms. If you require further assistance, please feel free to contact us.
  
•  Q: Can I exchange or return an item after I have purchased it?
  
  A: We ask that you choose your products carefully, as we do not exchange or refund. On the rare occasion that we do approve your exchange or return, note that a 15% re-stocking fee will apply. . Please read our Return Policy
  
• Q: Can I cancel my order?
  
  A: Yes, we can cancel your order on request, if it has not being processed or shipped. All cancellation's must be received within 4 hour's of order placement and will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
  Please note: You must also supply a valid reason for the cancellation.
